The body is an intricate mechanism that is sensitive to internal and external change a bit like a thermometer. Poor nutritrion, an inactive lifestyle and stress can all be detrimental to your health in more ways than one.

Eating foods devoid of important vitimins and minirals has a knock on effect on your Hormones which in turn has an effect on your diet which can then cause you to gain weight leading to things like high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetese which individually carry their own health risks.

 
   

Gaining too much weight dos'nt just determine how others see you but also how u see yourself which can lead to depression, more comfort eating which leads straight back to the problems outlined above. But the excess fat isn't just on the outside, its also internal, surrounding the heart and other major organs and in your blood stream in the form of cholesterol. The excess weight can effect your back and joints making it difficult to exercise, your sleep ( difficulty breathing) leaving you tired and moody and in extreme cases can effect a womens mentrual cycle and fertility.

Your body and mind need balance if they are to be happy and healthy.
A balanced diet, which gives your body and brain the nutrients it needs to function efficiently, a regular and consistant exercise regime which keeps the bones and muscles strong and flexible, and enough rest (good quality sleep) to give your body time to regenerate.
